Maeli Wines
The wines are the fruit of agronomic and enological best practises fully respecting nature. The biological viticulture protects the ecosystem while our rows of vines bask in a great variety and abundance of insects and grass. Taking care of the soil and the organisms living in the soil surrounding the roots of our vines is also extremely important for us.
So it is that the healthy grapes arrive in the winery where they are processed by hand allowing spontaneous fermentation using the yeasts from our grapes and respecting nature’s time scale.
Even sulfites are very limited, in some wines they are not even added.

The refinement on noble lees first and in the bottle later, gives finesse to the perlage and distinguishes it for its great elegance in the international panorama of sweet sparkling wines.

SEMI-SPARKLING WINE
Wine bottled with its own yeasts and refermented in the bottle according to the ancient ancestral method. As soon as it is poured into the glass, it releases sulphurous notes which are then replaced by citrus aromas. A wine of great aromatic personality both on the nose and on the palate, the presence of yeasts gives it a particular consistency but easy to drink. A convivial wine, to be drunk with friends, on boards of cold cuts and cheeses and excellent on gourmet pizzas.

In the mouth it is mineral and very savoury, with perceptions that can be traced back to the territory from which it originates, perfect on both land and sea dishes.

Funny and lively wine, with delicate aromas of fruit on the nose but very strong mouth, the acidity becomes sharp and the freshness is accompanied by a particularly ferrous feeling, typical of the old native varieties from which it derives.

A typical Euganean Bordeaux blend where Carmenere, a grape that appears for the first time in Italy around 1830 in the Euganean Hills, is the main character. Its herbaceous and spicy scents enriches the blend merging with aromas of flowers and red fruit and mineral notes. Fruit aromas stand out on the palate on a mineral background, pleasantly bitter and of great persistence

Wine characterized by two sensations, sweetness and flavor, very clear. The beginning to the nose and palate is expressed with a generous sweetness that smells of apricots and candied peaches, dehydrated oranges, sweet almonds and dried figs, which immediately turns into a taste of salt that evokes the flower and fruit of the caper.
