They are born as an authentic expression of Veneto’s winemaking tradition, from blends that unite native varieties with grapes typical of the Euganean Hills. Fresh and enriched by the elegant mineral notes characteristic of volcanic soils, these wines are versatile, approachable, and perfect for any occasion.
LA DONNA CAVATAPPI WHITE
STILL WHITE WINE
Blended with Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, Garganega, and Moscato Giallo, grown on calcareous marls and trachytic
clays at 80–280 m above sea level. Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel at 15–16°C, aged in steel and concrete, with no animal-derived ning agents. Straw yellow with golden re ections, aromas of white owers and white- eshed fruits with a hint of citrus. Savory, fresh, and balanced on the palate.
Serve at 8–10° C.
LA DONNA CAVATAPPI RED
STILL RED WINE
Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carménère from the Colli Euganei, grown on calcareous marl and trachytic clay soils, and hand-harvested from late. Maceration for a few days, fermentation in stainless steel and concrete, extended aging in concrete. No animal-derived ning agents.Intense ruby with garnet reflections. Aromas of roses, geraniums, wild berries, cherries in spirit, and spices; subtle foxy notes and hints of graphite. Dry, soft, persistent on the palate, with elegant, silky tannins.
Serve at 14–16°C.
